Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday!! If this is your first time here, welcome!! And be sure to join my email list for all the scrappy news from my neck of the woods!! Have you been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group yet? If not, here’s a look at what we’re casing today:

Isn’t that a cute card? I wasn’t quite ready to make a Christmas card yet and since my Product of the Week is the Gather Together Bundle, the choice was easy!  🙂  I love that we now include sketches because I think they really help in the creating process, especially when you’re new to the craft or just have a creative block. Sketches make creating so much easier! I followed the above measurements for everything except I used a piece of DSP instead of stamping on the card base. My DSP layer is from the Gather Together DSP pack and is cut at 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″. After I finished with the card I realized that I used Pretty Peacock ink for last week’s card too! oops!! Can you tell I love it?!?

After I cut all the papers to size, I glued the DSP to the card base. I stamped the sentiment on the Whisper White layer and then the pumpkins on a scrap of Whisper White, both in Pretty Peacock ink and then cut out the pumpkins with the coordinating dies. Next I cut a scrap piece of Mint Macaron with the stitched rectangle that measured 2 4/8″ x 4″. I wrapped a piece of Whisper White Baker’s Twine around it and added it to the card front with dimensionals. I glued my sentiment layer right to the stitched rectangle and then added the pumpkins with dimensionals. I added some Noble Peacock rhinestones and called it done!

The inside Whisper White layer is cut at 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ and also stamped in Pretty Peacock ink.

I have to say that this is probably my favorite new set from the Holiday Catalog! Now it’s your turn! Create your take on today’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. Don’t worry if you’re not a member yet, just request to join and come and play along with us! We would love to have you join the fun!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great Tuesday!
