Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! If this is your first time here, welcome and be sure to join my email list! Tuesdays are always so much fun with all the inspiration at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. Have you seen what we are casing today? If you haven’t been to the Facebook Group yet, here’s a look at the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that card adorable? And the sketch really helps if you are having trouble creating something. Not sure what casing is? It’s copy and share everything. The best part is it really is open to interpretation, you can copy the sample exactly as is, change it up a little or a lot, it’s all up to you! I followed the sketch for my measurements except for the strip. My sentiment wouldn’t fit on that so my strip measures x 1/2″ x 2 3/4″ and I flagged the ends with my snips.

This is another one of my “made from all scraps cards”. Gotta love using up those scraps! I pulled out a Thick Whisper White card base and stamped the fern image randomly on the front in Pear Pizzazz ink. Some I stamped off to give it some dimension. Next I stamped two of the large daisies and one of the medium daisies in So Saffron ink and punched them out with the daisy punches. I really like that SU! came out with a smaller version of our beloved daisy punch! After I shaped the petals a little, I glued them together with Mini Glue Dots and set them aside. I punched out a 2 1/4″ circle of So Saffron and set it aside. I couldn’t decide on what ribbon to use, so I cut a piece of the Silver Edged Ribbon and created my own. I colored it with the Light Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Marker since we don’t have the markers in Pear Pizzazz. I think it worked perfectly! I glued it to the circle with some Mini Glue Dots and then added the circle to the card front with dimensionals. I grabbed a scrap of Pear Pizzazz and created my sentiment strip and stamped my sentiment in Pear Pizzazz ink and glued it to the bottom of the circle. Next I grabbed the “hooray” die from the Well Written set of dies and cut it out in Pear Pizzazz and glued it down with our Fine Tip Glue Pen. Then I added my daisies to the to top with a dimensional. For my bling I used the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets. I am so glad those carried forward to the new catalog! LOVE them!!

Such a fun card! Now it’s your turn! Create your take on today’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. Don’t worry if you’re not a member yet, just request to join; the more the merrier! We would love to have come over and play along!!

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope I have inspired you to create something fun. Have a great Tuesday!
