Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! Don’t you just love Tuesdays? So much inspiration over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group! Have you seen today’s sample we’re casing? And now we have sketches to help your creativity! Here’s what we’re casing today and the sketch:
Isn’t it a cute card? And it’s different, it’s a square card, but don’t worry, it will fit in a regular envelope! I followed the measurements exactly from the sketch for my card. I am using the Amazing Life Bundle that is my Product of the Week this week. I love that casing a project gives you the freedom to change things like the stamps and paper up, but still keep the original concept of the card!
I went with the How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper and chose Coastal Cabana cardstock for my card base. I adhered the DSP to the card base and then I stamped my sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock. I then colored the word using the Dark Pineapple Punch Stampin’ Blends Marker and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle Framelit. I added some adhesive strips to the DSP to adhere my piece of Pineapple Punch Grosgrain Ribbon, then added my rectangle over it with some dimensionals. Then I added two of the Glitter Enamel Dots in Gorgeous Grape and there you go! My take on today’s sample!
