Welcome to anther CASE-ing Tuesday! I love casing our samples and now with the new sketches, it makes it even easier! So have you seen today’s sample over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group? If not, here are both the sample and the sketch:

Isn’t that sample adorable? I have that Designer Series Paper, but not the bundle, so I went a different route. I used the same measurements for everything except the circle and the sentiment strip. Since we are close to Valentine’s Day I decided to use the Meant to Be Bundle. I went with a Flirty Flamingo card base and the All my Love Designer Series Paper for the background. Then I cut out the Flirty Flamingo frame with those new to-die-for Stitched Rectangle Framelits. For the background in the framelit, I chose Powder Pink, then embossed it with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder. Attached the two pieces of cardstock together with our Multipurpose Glue. It was easier to run some dots of the glue along the frame, then attach it to the Powder Pink. Next I cut out a stitched heart from the bundle in Whisper White. I stamped the sentiment in Lovely Lipstick ink. Then I took a piece of the Lovely Lipstick Foil and cut out that strip of hearts. You can get the foil paper that comes 8 to a pack that also includes some Grapefruit Grove colored foil for FREE when you purchase $50.00 in product. Everybody loves free!! And that foil cuts out beautifully!!  I also used a little of the Multipurpose Glue for the foil hearts. I just dabbed some on my finger then dabbed it on the back of the foil. I added a few rhinestones and called it done.

Now it’s your turn! Create your take on today’s sample and share it with us over at the Facebook Group. You can create something just like the sample or change it up. It’s all up to you! That’s the fun part of casing, there are no rules! If you aren’t a member yet, that’s okay, just request to join. We’d love to have you come over and play along!! Thanks for stopping by!
