Merry Christmas and welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! If you are stopping by today, thank you for taking time out of your holiday to check us out. Have you seen what we’re casing today? Here’s a look at it if you haven’t been over to the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group.
The sample card was created with the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set. I never purchased that set so I chose to use the Colorful Seasons stamp set and Seasonal Layers Thinlets. Such a fun set that can encompass every season of the year. Here are the measurements for my card:
- Card base in Thick Whisper White cardstock, cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Blueberry Bushel cardstock cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Shimmery White cardstock cut at 3 3/4″ x 5″
- 2018/2020 In Color DSP cut at 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
- Whisper White cardstock cut at 1″ x 3″
I used a piece of the Shimmery White cardstock and sprinkled on some of the Prussian Blue Brusho Crystals and spritzed the layer with water. Once it dried I adhered the layer to a layer of the Blueberry Bushel cardstock. I cut out some of the snowflakes in the Sparkle Glimmer paper. I had a strip of the In Color DSP and flagged the end with the Banner Triple punch. On another scrap strip of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment in Blueberry Bushel ink and then flagged the end. I adhered the two strips together, then added them to the card. I added the snowflakes with Mini Glue Dots, added some rhinestones and called it done. Here’s a close up of the card:
