Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I know the crunch is on for Christmas and I’m very glad you’re taking some time to stop by. Have you seen the card we’re casing over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group? If not, here’s what we’re casing today:

As you can see, I kept to the basic sketch but used a different stamp set. Here are the measurements for my card:

  • Card base in Lemon Lime Twist cardstock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
  • Lemon Lime Twist cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″

I chose to the Making Christmas Bright Bundle as I thought it would go well with the Lemon Lime Twist. I used LLT ink to stamp the raining stars image for the background on the layer, then adhered it to the card base. I cut out one of the stitched ovals, then stamped my sentiment in LLT ink. Next I stamped each of the bulbs, one in Berry Burst, one in Pool Party, and one in Granny Apple Green inks. I was trying to tie the colors in to the sample card. Next I punched out the base of each bulb in Silver Foil Paper and adhered the pieces together with Mini Glue Dots. I stamped the string in Basic Gray ink on the oval, then added the bulbs. I added the oval with dimensionals to the card front. I grabbed some of my Metallic Sequins and added them to the card front with some of the Fine Tip Glue Pen and called it done. It was a pretty simple card.

Now it’s your turn. Create your take on today’s case and share it with us over at the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group. The fun part of casing is you can create it any way you want; just exactly as is, or change it up a little or a lot. It’s all up to you! If you’re not a member yet, that’s okay, just request to join. We really would love to have you play along!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great Tuesday!!
