Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday! I don’t know about you, but I love Tuesdays, and this is a big part of why I do. Have you seen today’s case on the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group? If not, here’s a look at the card:
I absolutely love the color palette of this card. I do have this set, but decided to use the new Blended Seasons stamp set that is only available during the month of August or while supplies last. Here are the measurements of my card:
- Card base in Calypso Coral cardstock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Petal Pink cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Whisper White cardstock cut at 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
I decided to color the flower image with the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers instead of the Watercolor Pencils just to be different. I colored the flowers using the combo pack of Calypso Coral markers, the light Daffodil Delight and the leaves with the combo pack of markers of the Call Me Clover. Once I was done, I added some Wink of Stella to the middle of the flowers. Next I stamped the sentiment in Call Me Clover and cut it out with the Stitched Shapes framelits, and cut the coordinating scalloped oval in Petal Pink. I cut a piece of the Calypso Coral Ombre Ribbon and the Call Me Clover Ribbon and added them to the back with some Snail Adhesive and then adhered it to the card front with dimensionals. Of course I had to add some more bling so I added some of the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls. I love how it all coordinates.
