Happy Friday! I wanted to share another look at this week’s Product of the Week, the Amazing Life Bundle. I was scrolling through Facebook yesterday and came across a post from a fellow demonstrator who was sharing cards that were black and white with a pop of color and I thought how fun is that? It was the perfect idea for today’s card. Here are the measurements for today’s card which was created using all scraps:
- Card base in Basic Black cardstock cut at 4 1/4″ 11″, scored at 5 1/2″
- Granny Apple Green cardstock cut at 1 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
- Botanical Butterflies DSP cut at 1″ x 5 1/2″
After I adhered the DSP to the Granny Apple Green strip, I added a piece of that gorgeous Coastal Cabana/Granny Apple Green Reversible Ribbon, then adhered it to the card base. I took another piece of it and tied it in a bow to add after I finished the sentiment layer. I took a scrap piece of Whisper White and stamped the scroll design, then stamped the word Yay underneath it, then stamped the scroll design again. I colored the word using the Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Combo Markers and then cut it out with a Stitched Oval. I then added it to a Granny Apple Green scalloped oval, added dimensionals to it, then added it added it over the ribbon strip. I then added the bow just to the side of it with Mini Glue Dots. Then I added a couple of the Glitter Enamel Dots and called it done. I don’t know about you, but I love this card!!
